The Library Commission is created by law as the responsible body to hold and administer library property and funds, to formulate policies, and guide the direction of library affairs.  Members apply for position and are appointed by the Resident Judge of the Superior Court of Sussex County.
 

Meetings are held monthly at 7:00 pm in the Hayman Meeting Room of the Delmar Public Library.  These meetings are open to the public, but may go into an executive session if necessary. Agenda items should be submitted to either the Director/Asst. Director (302) 846-9894 or to Sharon Levadnuk on or before the 10th of each month.

* Meeting minutes are compiled for public record and are located in the Reference/Audio Room of the Delmar Public Library.
