Edison Scholars Program, sponsored by Edison International, offers to students who would to become scientists, engineers and mathematicians the right help to complete their studies. Both high school graduates who are potentially good for college and students in financial needs can apply for this scholarship. Edison Scholars Program gives thirty renewable scholarships of $10,000 per year, up to $40,000.

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program, which is sponsored by The Ronald Reagan Foundation and by GE, offers $10,000 scholarships to high school students in the United States. This program is open to 25,000 students who are capable to demonstrate leadership, integrity and citizenship like those held by american President Ronald Reagan. Scholarships are offered to full-time studends both in four-year college and in university.

Foundation Pirelli scholarship is done with the goal to sponsor and support cultural projects in Italy and all around the world. This scholarship has been established in collaboration with Princeton University, which will invite (for the first time in 2014) an italian scholar or professional to keep one course. Next year the chosen scholar from Pirelli is Gianni Riotta who, with Gaetana Marrone from Apulia (south italian region) will teach italian history from the end of second world war to the present days. All is done via the analysis of the Italian cinema which has always been capable to capture the characteristics of those day both from a political and a cultural point of view.
