The catalog is online access to the collections of over
twenty-five (25) libraries throughout Sussex and New Castle Counties.
You are also able to gain free access to
a variety of databases and link to other online resources.
The Delmar Public Library is the home to a one-of-a-kind collection of four model trains hand-whittled down to the last detail. There is a collection of railroad books and lots of items from the Delmar Railroad when it was at the height of its activity.
If materials you need are not available at our
library, you can request items from over twenty-five (25) other libraries
within our library system. Requests, also known as holds, can be
placed at the library or through the online catalog. The materials will then
be conveniently sent to our library at the
first availability. You are
then notified that item is available. This service is free of charge
to all patrons with a valid Delaware Library card.
The Delmar Public Library provides public computer usage with Internet access and Microsoft applications. User must have a valid Delaware Library card and agree to the Computer Acceptable Use Policy in order to access the computers.
